The Bank provides a range of banking services in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Bank offers transaction and savings accounts; loans comprising commodity, student, purpose, auto, vehicle registration, agricultural machinery purchase, term deposit, and agricultural loans, as well as overdrafts; debit and credit cards; and electronic money transfer, foreign exchange, SMS banking, guarantee, and payment services. It also provides brokerage, dealer affairs, block trades, takeover-underwriting, portfolio management, investment advisory, issuing agency, and market making services.
The Bank was Incorporated on 8 September 1998 and is based in Bijeljina, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Bank was listed in Banja luka stock exchange on 25 April 2002.
On 23 Decemebr 2014, Liquidation proceedings were initiated against the bank. All organizations organized (branches, sub-branchesand counters) stopped working due to the revocation of the work permit by the Banking Agency of the Republika Srpska and after the bank was given a letter of initent to liquidate it . On 31 December 2016, the Bank had 16 employee and liquidation managers ( 2015: 33 employees)
After a day of balance the bankruptcy process continued. the bankruptcy judge of the District Commercial Court in Bosina ruled on 24 January.2017 on direct opening of bankruptcy proceedings over the property of the bank.
The bank is in liquidation.
