History:
1995: The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company on 29 October, 1995.
2005: The Company was converted from private limited to Public Limited Company on 4 May, 2005.
1998: The Company went into commercial operations on July 1, 1998.
2008: The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited on October 30, 2008 (DSE) and on Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) on November 18, 2008.
2016: The Company changed its year-end from December 31 to June 30.
