1995:and subsequently been converted as a Public Limited Company on 15th November 1995 under the Companies Act,1994.
1997:The Company started its commercial production in March 1997.
2002:The Company was listed on DHAKA AND CHITTAGONG STOCK EXCHANGE on 7 January 2002.
2016:The Company changed its year end from December 2015 to June 2016.
