The Company runs the business of producing Spinning and manufacturing and exporting of readymade sweater and pullover apparels of all kinds out of wool, cotton, synthetic fibers, acrylics and others to establish a modern Sweater Factory or manufacturing Sweater shirt and pullover of acrylic cotton., wool, silk, jute, flex, synthetic,and/or any fabric yarn for men, women, boys, and girls and marketing the same in the foreign market.

The company s vision and mission is to become one of the leading sweater manufacturing and spinning industry in the entire South East Asian region.
Due to rising demand of goods produced from its composite project the company plans to expand the spinning and sweater manufacturing capacity to meet the rising demand of acrylic and other yarns from the group itself and also to meet the demand of rising sweater industry of Bangladesh.
History:
1994 : The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994 on June 16, 1999.
2012 : The Company was transfereed into public Limited Company as on 13 January 2012.
2016: The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited in 2016 and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited on March 23, 2016.
