1995: The shares of the Company were listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.
21 October 1995: the Company were listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd.
The Company has changed its year-end from March to June.
June 22, 2023: The Company has Changed its Name from Square Pharmaceuticals Limited to Square Pharmaceuticals PLC.
