Energoremont Holding, which was established in 1969, is a privately-held engineering and trading company primarily engaged in the renovation and upgrade of power facilities. Among the major activities of the holding are - engineering services, rehabilitation, modernization, reconstructions, and repairs of power facilities in TPPs, HPPs, NPPs, metal control and resource.
In 2003, Bulgarian government sold controlling stake in Energoremont Holding on the privatisation segment of the local stock exchange.
