Kamenitza AD is a Bulgarian brewery headquartered in the city of Plovdiv. Its central office is located in Sofia. The company owns two breweries - in Plovdiv and Haskovo. The main shareholder in Kamenitza is the American-Canadian brewery Molson Coors. Molson Coors acquired Kamenitza AD in 2012, when bought Starbev for 2.65 billion euros, part of which was Kamenitza. The brewery produces its brands Kamenitza, Astika, Burgasko and Slavena and the licensed international brands Stella Artois, Becks and Staropramen.
