Ken AD is a private meat processing company that was established in 1991 in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. It quickly became one of the leading producers of cooked and smoked sausages in the country. Their product range includes sausages, salamis, hams, pates, and roasted meats, as well as the popular Ken hot dog. In 2014, Ken AD introduced the "Lord of Hot Dogs" - the Lukankov hot dog, which quickly became a favorite on every table. Throughout its existence, Ken AD has maintained its commitment to uncompromisingly high product quality, offering unique and distinctive flavors to its customers. To achieve this high quality and unique taste, Ken AD continuously invests in new technologies and production methods. In the fall of 2009, they opened a new factory in Stara Zagora, covering an area of 9,500 square meters. The factory is equipped with high-performance installations from global industry leaders and modern thermal chambers for the primary thermal treatment of meat.
