Synergon Petroleum OOD (Bulgaria)

Synergon Petroleum OOD is a company located in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was incorporated in 2008 and is a subsidiary of Synergon Holding AD. The company's history dates back to September 1968 when the first groundbreaking of the plant took place. It was officially opened on September 4, 1969, under the name Petro Gas. The name was changed to Vtechnen Gaz in 1972 and came under the management of Gorivni i Stroiteleni Materiali - Sofia. In November 1995, Gorivni i Stroiteleni Materiali - Sofia was renamed to Toplivo, and in 1999, Vtechnen Gaz was renamed to Toplivo Gaz, a branch of Toplivo. Synergon Petroleum acquired the filling plant and adjacent gas facility on February 2, 2009. Since 2000, the company has undergone gradual modernization and reconstruction of the filling plant and the storage facility for liquefied propane-butane gas. Currently, Synergon Petroleum has a modern and functional storage base with 18 tanks and two spheres with a total capacity of 7260 cubic meters. In early 2017, the company invested in the purchase and installation of the only modern filling line in Bulgaria - a carousel type, for filling household and industrial bottles. The main activities of Synergon Petroleum include the delivery of auto gas to corporate clients and gas stations using their own or hired transport, filling gas bottles for household and industrial needs, and wholesale sales from the tax warehouse in Kremikovtsi or the warehouses of Toplivo in Ruse and Dobrich.
