Bulgarian real estate investment and tourism company Tera Tour Service was incorporated in 1992. It is owned by Agrohold and managing director is Vassil Zlatev Petkov, father of Valentin Zlatev, who is general manager of Lukoil Bulgaria.
The company owns three hotels on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast – RIU Helios Bay and LUCA Helios Beach in Obzor and RIU Helios Palace in Sunny Beach.
At the end of 2006, the company launched the construction of the Helios Beach Apartments at the sounthern Pomorie Beach. Tera Tour has contracted British real estate company Emerging Real Estate to sell homes in the 200-apartment complex. The project is worth a total BGN 19 mln.
In 2010 the company launched the Pravets Golf & Spa Resort, which is located in the western Bulgarian town of Pravetz. The complex comprises the four-star RIU Hotel, four 30-unit apartment buildings, 68 houses and a golf course. The hotel offers 242 rooms, two restaurants, a night club, a casino, a conference hall, a SPA and fitness centre.
The company is also active in the field of hunting tourism, developing the activity in Pravets, Palamara and Nessebar reserves.
