Vias EOOD (Shumen) (Bulgaria)

Vias EOOD is a company located in Shumen, Bulgaria. It was established as the first PVC profile manufacturing factory in Northern Bulgaria. The company is a 100% privately owned enterprise. The factory was built within six months in collaboration with Austrian constructors and engineers. The VIVA Plast profile, produced by Vias EOOD, was developed, designed, and tested with the assistance of engineers from the German institute in Rosenheim. The company utilizes the most modern matrices with a special coating, known as "POWER TOOLS," which are being used for the first time in Bulgaria. The personnel of Vias EOOD successfully completed their training at the institute of Greiner Extrusionstechnik. The implementation, launch, and control of the enterprise are carried out by Austrian engineers. The system meets the requirements of EN 12608, developed by the European Committee for Standardization of PVC systems. The production itself is carried out with the latest equipment offered by leading companies such as Greiner Extrusionstechnik and Krauss Maffei in the global market. The fully automated production process ensures high quality, which is controlled through a specially developed program by the Institute of Greiner Extrusionstechnik - GETU. The surface of the VIVA Plast three- and four-chamber systems has a high gloss and light-absorbing ability. The high-quality materials, free of lead, guarantee an environmentally friendly profile in accordance with the standards for a clean environment. The VIVA Plast profiles, exposed to drastic atmospheric conditions (humidity, average monthly temperatures above 35°C and -10°C, variable atmospheric pressure, acid rain), maintain their integrity, surface, gloss, and color without damage.
