Bicicletas Monark S.A. is a company located in Indaiatuba, São Paulo. It was founded in April 1948 under the name Monark Indústria e Comércio Ltda. Initially, the company operated as an importer and assembler of bicycles, but later transitioned to become a bicycle manufacturer. In February 1951, Monark acquired an area in Chácara Santo Antonio, São Paulo, where the factory and office were relocated. In 2008, the company transferred its operations to the Domingos Giomi Industrial District in Indaiatuba. Bicicletas Monark S.A. produces a range of bicycles, including the MTB line (made of steel and aluminum), Transport line (Barra Circular and Tropical models), Passeio line (Brisa model), and infantojuvenil line (BMX, BRISA, and KIDS models).
