Sequoia Logistica E Transportes S.A. is a logistics and transportation company located in Embu das Artes, Brazil. It was founded in April 2010 by the founding partners, Armando Marchesan Neto (current CEO of Sequoia) and Décio Honorato Alves, with the goal of becoming one of the largest players in the Brazilian logistics and transportation market. In 2012, Sequoia raised funds to finance its growth and received a financial investment from the Brazilian investment bank BR Partners, which became a shareholder of the company. In the same year, Sequoia acquired 100% of the operations of Linx Fast Fashion Ltda., a logistics company focused on the fashion segment. This acquisition allowed Sequoia to expand its operations into the fashion market and brought significant clients to its portfolio.
