The Company provide a complete pedagogical system focused on a hybrid digital education experience for undergraduates and continuing education students. The Company offer a differentiated digital education experience to its students through its hybrid model, which emphasizes flexibility, affordability and a strong relationship with all stakeholders engaged in its platform. Its hybrid and technology-enabled content is delivered both digitally and through in-person weekly meetings led by trained tutors throughout its extensive hub network.
The Company operate through our two brands: Uniasselvi and UniCesumar.
Uniasselvi was Vitru's first institution. UniCesumar became part of Vitru Educacao in May 2022, after a business combination that made the company a leader in digital education in Brazil.
Uniasselvi and UniCesumar are higher education institutions that offer distance and on-site undergraduate, graduate, technical and professional courses. Both have the maximum score at the Ministry of Education (MEC).
HISTORY:
2020 The Company was incorporated as Vitru Limited on March 5, 2020.
It s common shares have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market since September 18, 2020 under the symbol “VTRU.”
