HISTORY
2019 The Company was incorporated in Cayman Islands on August 29, 2019 under name XP Inc. .
The Company s common shares have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market since December 11, 2019 under the symbol “XP”.
2021 On May 4, 2021, The Company entered into an agreement to acquire 100 of total share capital of Solis Comercializadora de Energia Ltda.
On August 23, 2021, The Company entered into an agreement, to acquire 100 of total share capital of UFUK Empreendimentos e Participacoes S.A.
On November 3, 2021, The Company acquired 100 of Instituto de Gestao e Tecnologia da Informacao Ltda., or “IGTI,” through its education vehicle XPE Infomoney Educacao Assessoria Empresarial e Participacoes Ltda.
2022 On February 25, 2022, The Company entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100 of the total capital of Habitat Capital Partners Asset Management, a manager focused on real estate funds.
On August 15, 2022, The Company s subsidiary, XP Corretora de Seguros, exercised its call option over the equity of BTR, acquiring 100 of the total share capital of BTR Beneficios e Seguros.
