CTI S.A. is the main manufacturing company of white line appliances in the country and one of the most important companies in the sector in the region. They also acquire products from other manufacturers, such as water heaters, clothes dryers, and centrifuges from national manufacturers, and kitchen hoods, freezers, clothes dryers, and dishwashers from foreign manufacturers. These products are sold in both the local and international markets under their own brands, Fensa and Mademsa, as well as third-party brands in some countries, mainly Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. In 2014, the company produced 916,384 appliances in its plants and sold a total of 1,308,876 units, including appliances acquired from other national and foreign manufacturers. The company's Argentine subsidiary, Frimetal S.A., also has a significant presence in the market with its brand Gafa, producing and selling white line products. In 2014, they produced 539,276 appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, and washing machines. Both companies have direct dispatch warehouses for distributing their products to customers, mainly through a fleet of third-party transporters that cover the entire national territory in both Chile and Argentina.
