Empresa Nacional de Mineria (Enami) (Chile)

ENAMI is a company of the State of Chile, created from the merger of the mining credit fund and the national foundry company, whose mission is to promote the development of Small and Medium Mining Businesses, providing services such as recognition of mining resources, technical and credit assistance, purchase, processing and marketing required by thousands of mining producers throughout the national territory. In this way, an important productive sector, such as small-scale mining, achieves access to the market for refined metals in excellent competitive conditions. In its more than 54 years of history, ENAMI has worked permanently in the fulfillment of its mission. Today, there are hundreds of producers who, thanks to the permanent support of the company, can develop their activity, generating more than 20,000 direct jobs and contributing to the development of economies of scale at local and national level.
