In 2005, Masisa and Terranova completed the merger process, creating one of the biggest forestry groups in Latin America. The new company continues under the name Masisa S.A. This company relies on its 13 industrial complexes for the production of boards. They are located in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico. Masisa also counts on its three other Units working synergically along with its main Board Unit: Forestry, Solid Wood and Retail, which allow for the creation of value and a greater competitiveness for the company.
