VivoCorp S.A. (Chile)

VivoCorp S.A. was founded on 16 of April of 2009 under the name of HRC S.A. It is a subsidiary of CorpGroup. It has changed its name six times to its current name: Corp Activos Inmobiliarios S.A, Corp Group Activos Inmobiliarios S.A, CAI Gestión Inmobiliaria S.A, CAI Gestión Inmobiliaria SpA and VivoCorp SpA. It is mainly dedicated to the investments, to the managements and to the development of real estate projects, but also to buying and selling urban real estate. In 2009 acquires the commercial centers Mall del Centro, Mall Panorámico and Mall del Centro de Rancagua and, in this way, starts the real estate rental business of its own assets. In 2010 acquires its first terrain where builds Mall Vivo Los Trapenses. Currently Mall Vivo Los Trapenses offers a wade variety of trade, including a gym Youtopia, a supermarket Unimarc, restaurants and stores. In 2013 inaugurates its first project, developed by Vivo Corp and Vivo Outlet Maipú. In 2015 inaugurates the mall CasaCostanera in Vitacura, which includes stores as H&M, Zara Home and another more than 80 varied rubles stores. In 2016 and 2017 expandes its activity around Chile inaugurating Vivo Outlet Peñuelas, Mall Vivo San Fernando, Vivo Outlet La Florida, Vivo Coquimbo, Vivo Outlet Temuco and, finally, is born its emblematic project Vivo Imperio, which is established in the heart of Santiago and counts with numerous shops, a cinema, restaurants, etc.
