2018 In December 2018, the Company, Baosheng Media Group Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
In December 2018, Baosheng BVI, a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Company, was incorporated in the BVI as a business company with limited liability.
2019 Its company completed its reorganization on June 4, 2019.
Baosheng Hong Kong was incorporated in Hong Kong as a limited liability company in January 2019 and became a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Baosheng BVI and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Company.
In January 2019, Baosheng Hong Kong acquired 100 of the equity interests in Beijing Baosheng.
2021 Its ordinary Shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BAOS.” on February 8, 2021
On March 22, 2021, Baosheng Hong Kong established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Baosheng Network, a limited liability company in the PRC.
