It was a pilot joint-stock enterprise approved by the Chengdu Reform Committee and co-sponsored by Chengdu Lianyi (Holdings) Limited and Shuangliu DongshengXiang in 1989. The business is development, sales, investment and management of various types of engines and spare parts, mechanical products, high-tech products; thermal power machinery, development of related high-tech industry and industrial investment. In September 2007, with the implementation of private placement, the business was expanded to design, development, production and sales of machine and components of gasoline engines, tillers, lawn mower, water pump, gasoline generator sets.
