2017: The Company s common stock is listing on New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FEDU on November 8, 2017
2021: On July 24, 2021, the General Office of State Council and the General Office of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China jointly promulgated the Opinions on Further Alleviating the Burden of Homework and After-School Tutoring for Students in Compulsory Education
2023: As of February 28, 2023 it had two learning centers in two cities in China.
