The company is the only listed tourist company of Guangxi’s. Its main businesses are Lijiang River passenger cruise, travel agents and tour scenic spots business. The company has two branches, a wholly owned subsidiary, seven subsidiaries and four equity subsidiaries. Now the company owns most Lijiang River tourism projects and resources. It owns 84 cruises, which are 36% of the total on Lijiang River and the company currently is the largest cruise company. It also receives 80% foreign guests and 30% domestic guests. Its holding company Guilin Shanshui International Travel Agency is one of the four travel agencies in Guilin with highest income. The number of tourist bus and market share rank No.3 in Guilin. With the acquisition of local scenic attractions, tourism of Guilin starts to expand outside of Guilin to other parts of Guangxi. In the near future the company aims acquire more local scenic sites, hotels, rebuild cruises, Hezhou hot spring and Yinziyan etc.
