Hunan Gold Corporation Limited, located in Changsha, is one of the early major gold production bases in China. It is currently one of the top ten gold mining companies in the country and is also the second-largest developer of antimony mines and a major developer of tungsten mines in China. The company integrates geological exploration, mining, selection, smelting, transportation, machinery repair, and metal deep processing. It possesses internationally leading gold-antimony ore dressing and refining separation technology. The company has a production capacity of 30 tons/year for gold purification, 20,000 tons/year for refined antimony smelting, 20,000 tons/year for various types of antimony oxide production, and 5,000 tons/year for ammonium paratungstate production. It is a member of the Shanghai Gold Exchange and a provider of standard gold ingots. It is the only company in China that has both the qualification for exporting antimony and antimony products, tungsten products, and the qualification for exporting and supplying. The company has obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, and has successfully passed the level three acceptance of safety standardization. Its "Chenzhou" brand gold ingots, antimony ingots, ammonium paratungstate, and antimony oxide have excellent quality and are well-known in the domestic, Southeast Asian, and European and American markets.
