With the approval of Jiangsu Province Reformation Foundation, Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Industry Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Ind. Group Head Office, Jiangyin Sanfangxiang Heat & Power Plant, Jiangyin Luos Factory was jointly establish Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Ind. Co., Ltd. On Dec. 31, 1996, the company registered at Jiangsu Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau. The company issued 55 million additional A shares, which were listed on Shanghai Securities Exchange on Mar. 6, 2003. The company is principally engaged in the processing, manufacture and distribution of cotton yarns, printed and dyed fabrics, polyester cotton cloth and yarn dyed fabrics. It provides cotton yarns, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) modified resins, printed and dyed fabrics and polyester cotton cloth, among others. The company is also involved in the dyeing, finishing and printing of fabrics, and import and export trading, as well as electric power and steam distribution. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the company had four subsidiaries, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of PBT engineering plastics, steam, electric power, printed and dyed fabrics, as well as textile products.
