HISTORY
2013: The Company is a limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the laws of Cayman Islands on July 16, 2013. On September 30, 2013, the Company acquired from certain third-party sellers a junior English Language Training
2017: The Company s common stocks was traded on NASDAQ Global Market since October 20, 2017 under the symbol “REDU.” and renamed as RISE Education Cayman Ltd in June 2017.
2022: On June 10, 2022, The Company completed the merger with Dada Auto. The name of the Company was changed to “NaaS Technology Inc.” and its ticker to “NAAS”.
2023: On June 20, 2023, the Company acquired a 89.999 interest in Sinopower Holdings International Co. Limited (“Sinopower”).
