In June 2009, the company was incorporated and re-registered as Nationz Technologies Inc. In April 2010, headquartered in Shenzhen, with two branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai and one R&D center in the U.S., Nationz Technologies successfully went public in the Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market (stock code 300077).
