Ningbo Bird is a high technology company established in October 1992, recognized by the State Ministry of Science & Technology and by Chinese Academy of Sciences, headquartered in Fenghua, Zhejiang Province. With the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company's A shares were listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 6, 2000. As one of the largest mobile phone companies, Bird produces primarily mobile phones, palm computers and system equipments. Bird has a total of 30 branches, 400 site offices and 15,000 sales agencies, with 2400 repair centers to cover all over the provinces, cities, counties and towns of China.
