CHINA NORTH OPTICAL-ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. was invested into military assets and realized the overall public offering in August 2007 with the environment of state-owned assets adjustment and state-owned enterprises restructuring vigorously promoted by the country. After the completion of the reorganization, the Company became the first company comprehensively listing military, optical, defense and assets as a whole. The main business is the development, production and sales of supporting products of Level two, three and four and military-civic dual-use technology.
