BUSINESS
The Company provides entrepreneurial teams and companies from the new energy industries or green industries with The Company s industrial operations services and industrial capital services which include whole-process industrial consulting services; industrial investment and financing services; marketing services; operation and management services related to the industrial parks; and service share center of the industrial parks.
The Company has two operating business lines, including business conducted by Adrie and its subsidiaries, primarily management and assessment services and factoring business, and business conducted by Lixin Cayman and its subsidiaries, primarily financial guarantee and consulting services.
HISTORY
2014 The Company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a company with limited liability on April 8, 2014 under name DT Asia Investments Limited .
The Company s ordinary shares, rights and warrants were each quoted on Nasdaq Capital Market, under the symbols “CADTU,” “CADT,” “CADTR” and “CADTW,” respectively.
2016 On January 11, 2016, The Company entered into the merger agreement with the shareholders of Adrie Global Holdings Limited.
On July 6, 2016, The Company closed its business combination with Adrie Global Holding Limited. As a result, Adrie became a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Company and The Company changed its name to China Lending Corporation .
On July 12, 2016, The Company s ordinary shares and warrants was traded on Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “CLDC” and “CLDCW,” respectively.
2019 On December 20, 2019, The Company acquired 65.0177 of Lixin Cayman and its subsidiaries, which are engaged in financial guarantee business, asset management, supply chain financing, and business factoring.
2020 On January 8, 2020, The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) accepted The Company's request for the following changes on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”): 1) the name change from China Lending Corporation to Roan Holdings Group Co., Ltd. , and 2) the ticker symbol change from “CLDOF” to “RAHGF” for its ordinary shares and from “CLDCF” to “RONWF” for its warrants. The new CUSIPS of the Company's ordinary shares and warrants are G7606D 115 and G7606D 107, respectively.
