The company a limited liability company incorporated in the PRC on May 3, 2018, formerly known as Shiyue Daotian Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. or Shiyue Daotian Food Group Co., Ltd. and was converted into a joint stock limited company incorporated in the PRC on January 6, 2023.The company listing at Hong Kong stock exchange on september 28, 2023.
The company is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and sales of staple foods. The Company operates in three segments. Rice Products segment mainly produces pre-packaged rice products of different varieties. Whole Grain, Bean and Other Products segment mainly produces pre-packaged mixed brown rice, millet, red bean and sesame. Dried Food and Other Products segment mainly produces pre-packaged wood-ear mushrooms, snow fungus mushroom and lotus seeds, as well as by-products, such as bran, husk and fractioned rice. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.
