The Colombian Stock Exchange was founded on July 3rd, 2001 with the merge of Bogotá, Medellín and Occidente Stock Exchanges in order to consolidate and manage the stock markets, foreign exchange, derivatives and fixed income. It has offices in Bogota, Medellin y Cali. It is a private entity that promotes development and growth of financials assets market in the country. It is dedicated to managing transactional platform for fixed income markets and securities, derivatives and foreign exchange markets, likewise to the administration of systems for fixed income markets and systems of primary equity issuance. It offers services of Transactional Systems, Registration System, Information Systems, Special Transactions, Formation and Training, Issuers Registration, SET-FX and BVC Mobile.
