Through Resolution 0990 of May 13, 2010, the Financial Superintendence of Colombia authorized the conversion to a banking establishment and through resolution 0736 of May 12, 2011, the operation of Banco Falabella S.A. was authorized. The Bank has its main domicile in Bogotа, D.C. The main activity of Banco Falabella is to provide financial assistance to the public (natural persons), through loans, credit card products and free investment credits. Inversiones Falabella de Colombia S.A., is the majority shareholder with 64.99%.
