It starts operations from its new headquarters in Barranquilla on December 2, 1990, in Sincelejo on December 1, 2000 and in Bogota on March 27, 2006. It is a company dedicated to the distribution and dispensing of medicines, personal hygiene products, baby care, medicine cabinet and cosmetics among others. The company has a large storage capacity of more than 8,000 MT2 and a wide assortment that includes more than 14,000 brands of in-hospital products, hospital supplies, medicines and mass consumption products from the most prestigious laboratories in the country such as Abbott, Baxter, J & J, Frost, Bayer, Schering, Roche, Novartis, Rymco, BSN, Pfizer, Boehringer, Astra Seneca and etc.
