Fiduciaria Bogotá S.A. is a subsidiary of Banco de Bogota and belongs to the country's most important financial group, Grupo AVAL, which is a leader in the Colombian financial market. The company has a long history in creating and managing fiduciary products and services. It was incorporated on September 30, 1991, through public deed No. 3178 granted at Notary 11 in Bogota, in accordance with Article 6 of Law 45 of 1990. With the issuance of Resolution 3615 on October 4, 1991, the Superintendencia Bancaria (now Superintendencia Financiera) authorized Fiduciaria to carry out its corporate purpose with activities such as Investment Trust, Administration Trust, Commercial Trust, and Fiduciary Assignments, and in general, all operations authorized by law for Fiduciary Companies.
