Fabricato S.A. was established according to Colombian legislation on February 26, 1920. The corporate purpose includes, among others, manufacturing and marketing of textile, clothing and non-woven fabric. Its main facility is located in the municipality of Bello but also has a second industrial plant in Rionegro, Antoquila. By decision of the Shareholders, the Company changed its name from Textiles Fabricato Tejicóndor S.A., to Fabricato S.A., on April 8, 2011. The company has two main product lines: Clothing Line and Institutional Line.
