HELLA Autotechnik Nova S.R.O. is a subsidiary of the German company HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, operating in the Czech Republic since 1992. The company is primarily focused on the production of front and rear lights for vehicles of major global automakers. Additionally, through one of the largest HELLA technical centers, they also develop lighting technology that is subsequently manufactured in HELLA Lighting plants worldwide. HELLA Autotechnik Nova S.R.O. is headquartered in Mohelnice, with additional locations in Loštice, where part of the IT department is based, and in the scientific and technological park in Ostrava, where their technical center has expanded over time. As one of the largest and key employers in the automotive industry in the Czech Republic, as well as in the Olomouc region, HELLA employs over 3100 people in their Czech locations. These employees contribute to the production and development of headlights, rear lamp assemblies, and electronics for premium clients such as VW, Audi, BMW, and others.
