La Lorraine A.S. is a frozen bakery company located in Kladno, Czech Republic. It was founded in 1999 through the merger of the original bakery division, Delta Frozen, and the Belgian family-owned company, La Lorraine Bakery Group. The company has become the largest domestic producer and distributor of frozen bakery products. Its main products include unpackaged bread for baking or immediate consumption. The Kladno plant currently manufactures around 500 items and also purchases additional products from its sister branches. The main categories of products are kaiser rolls, baguettes, sweet pastries, croissants, and donuts. The plant produces approximately one billion bakery items annually on 13 modern production lines.
