TRCZ s.r.o. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese company Tokai Rika Co., Ltd., which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of automotive parts. TRCZ was founded at the end of 2001 and began production in December 2003 at a new factory built in Lovosice, in northern Bohemia. The construction of the factory is one of the largest and most modern production capacities of the Tokai Rika group. The current production range mainly consists of multifunctional controllers, seat belts, and other components for active and passive safety in vehicles. The main customers for these high-quality components are major car manufacturers in Europe. The production range of TRCZ includes a wide range of technologically advanced automotive parts, particularly passive safety elements such as seat belts with switches, and various types of controllers used for controlling headlights, wipers, electronic window controls, and remote control of audio systems. The production of other parts is being prepared. Electronics play a crucial role in the parts manufactured by TRCZ, enabling significant weight and size savings while improving component functionality. This contributes to increased safety and driving pleasure. TRCZ manufactures a number of components used in its production range, such as steering angle sensors integrated into multifunctional lever switches. For the production of certain other parts, TRCZ collaborates with subcontractors. Thorough quality control is an important part of all stages of production, from material inspection at the input to in-process control and final inspection. A laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments is used for product testing.
