Industrias Ales C.A. was founded on November 27, 1943 in Ecuador and it is headquartered in the city of Quito. It is one of the most significant agro-industrial companies in the country and is a leader in the production, distribution and marketing of food and cleaning products. The enterprise was established as a company dedicated to the production of soap, butter and oil, prepared from soy and palm. The main business activity of the economic entity has expanded and it currently includes the commercialisation of agricultural machinery, representation lines, as well as the export of crude palm oil The company operates two business lines: Industrial business, involving the production of elaborated and sub-products and the Commercial Business, dedicated to the distribution and sale of products of the well-known brands Procter & Gamble, Carozzi, Case and Case IH. Industrias Ales C.A. is primarily selling the soaps, butter and oils, which it manufactures in its industrial plant in Manta, under its own brand names Ales, Alesol, Duque de Alba, Dos Coronas, Tres Coronas, La Reina.
