China Renewable Energy Investment Limited, an investment holding company, is an alternative energy project developer in China and Hong Kong. The Company owns and operates two 30 MW wind power stations in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province(with respective shareholdings of 86% and 86.6%), a 49.5 MW wind power station (Phase 1) in Siziwang Qi, Inner Mongolia, a 200 MW wind power station in Danjinhe, Hebei Province (with shareholding of 40%), a 100.5 MW wind power station in Lunaobao, Heibei Province (with shareholding of 30%), a 201 MW wind power station in Changma, Gansu Province (with shareholding of 40%), and a 25 MW waste-to-energy power plant in Shandong Province (with shareholding of 40%). It was formerly known as Hong Kong Energy (Holdings) Limited. The Company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
