The Group currently owns and operates seven restaurants across different regions in the PRC,including Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao and Chengdu, manages and operates one restaurant in Dalian,and provides restaurant management consulting services to one restaurant in Nantong. Some of the Group’s restaurants are housed in old Shanghai Bund style bungalows situated at historic sites,which offer elegant and serene environment mixing traditional and modern styles. There are other restaurants of the Group which are situated in deluxe fi ve-star hotels.
