The Group, founded in 1997, is a manufacturer of video graphics cards for personal computers. The Group is principally engaged in the design, development and manufacture of video graphics cards. The Group also provides Electronics Manufacturing Service and manufactures other PC related products. Currently it holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and AS 9100 accreditations for manufacturing. The company is also a contract manufacturer for AMD, and an EMS provider for flash memory card and POS systems. Besides being a contractor for bigger brands, the company started to manufacture its video graphics cards based on NVIDIA GPUs, distribute its own ZOTAC brand video graphics cards, and design and sell its own mini-PC series under the ZOTAC brand. In 2011 the company has fully acquired ASK and Manli groups, meanwhile became owners of the Inno3D and Manli brands.
