The company was established in 1984 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000 (stock code: 365). The company and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in SMT equipment manufacturing and securities investment. As one of the earliest companies to engage in SMT equipment manufacturing in Greater China, Sino ICT Holdings Limited is also one of the largest SMT intelligent equipment manufacturing companies in mainland China. It is the only company in the industry listed in Hong Kong.
