Swire Pacific Limited is primarily engaged in property, aviation, beverages, marine services, and trading and industrial businesses predominantly in China. The Property segment is involved in the development, ownership and operator of mixed-used commercial properties in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The property investment portfolio is comprised of office and retail premises, serviced apartments, other luxury residential accommodations, and commercial mixed-use developments; while the property trading portfolio consists of luxury residential projects, a residential complex, an office property under development, as well as land banks. This segment also owns and manages hotels in Hong Kong, China, United Kingdom and United States. The Aviation segment is involved in the provision of passenger/ cargo airlines, and aircraft engineering and maintenance to catering and airport services. The Beverage segment owns rights to manufacture, market, and distribute products of The Coca-Cola Company. The Marine Service segment operates a fleet of offshore support vessels servicing the energy industry in the offshore production and exploration region outside the Americas; and has interests in ship repair and harbour towage and salvage services. The Trading & Industrial segment retails and distributes sports and casual footwear and apparel, and motor vehicles; packages and sells sugar products under the Taikoo Sugar brand name; sells tea, coffee, salt, and pepper products; manufactures and distributes soup and broth products; provides cold storage and warehousing services; and manufactures and distributes decorative paints, primarily under the Dulux name.
