Croatia’s national flag carrier was set up in 1989 under the name Zagreb Airlines and was renamed to Croatia Airlines Ltd. in 1990. The company operates a fleet of some 15 airplanes carrying out flights to several cities in Croatia, as well as to the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey and others. Croatia Airlines Ltd. works in cooperation with Lufthansa, Adria Airways, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, LOT, Czech Airlines, Turkish Airlines and SN Brussels Airlines.
