Hod-Tész Hodmezovasarhelyi Termenytarolo es Ertekesito Szovetkezet is a cooperative located in Hodmezovasarhely, Hungary. It was founded on November 16, 1999, by 25 agricultural producers. The cooperative operates based on the principles of freedom of association, voluntarism, and mutual assistance. Its main objective is to increase the economic security of its members by utilizing the advantages of collective procurement and sales. The cooperative focuses on producing competitive quality and quantity of goods to increase the income of its members. It owns a grain drying and storage facility, as well as a grain storage site, with a capacity of approximately 20,000-30,000 tons. The cooperative supports local agricultural producers in its catchment area of 10,000-12,000 hectares through services such as advisory, drying, storage, cleaning, and sales. The cooperative currently has 70 members, which has grown from the initial 25 and continues to increase. In 2011, Hod-Tész expanded its activities by leasing a flour mill in Kunszentmárton, allowing it to enter the flour production and trade market. The mill has been owned by the cooperative since January 2013.
