The Company is a company mainly engaged in the provision of business to business (B2B) financial technology (fintech) services and business software. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The B2B Fintech Service segment is mainly engaged in the research, development and sale of the integrated management and fund management system under the name of Accounting Nation for enterprises, the integrated financial management under the name of In-house for public institutions and enterprises, and the fund management system under the name of Branch for enterprises. The System Integration (SI) segment mainly provides services to build electronic financial systems for internet banking and mobile banking. The Other segment provides other goods services. The Company was established on July 08, 1999. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on January 25, 2019.
