The Bank is a company domiciled in Mongolia. The Bank was given special permission to conduct banking activities by Decree No A/175 issued by the President of the Bank of Mongolia (“BOM”) on 6th of November 2014 in accordance with the Banking Law of Mongolia. The Bank has been granted Banking License by the Bank of Mongolia in December 2014.
