Corporativo Fragua S.A.B. de C.V. is a holding company whose main activity is to sell and distribute medicines, food, perfumes, photographic articles, gifts, bread, fruits, vegetables, and many others. Fragua´s operations are carried out through its four subsidiaries: "Farmacia Guadalajara", "Fotosistemas Especializados", "Transportes y Envios de Guadalajara" and "Organizacion de Vigilancia Comercial". "Fragua" owns stores, distributed all over the Mexican Republic. All the stores operate with the "SUPERFARMACIA" concept, that combines in a same building a pharmacy, a convenience store and a supermarket with pharmaceutical products, food, perfumes, household articles and a revealing photography mini laboratory under the "Kromi" mark. The company has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) since 1995.
